OUR HISTORY
Keystone Surveys was established in 1975 by Orest A. Recunyk. In the year 2000, the company’s ownership transitioned to Gilbert J. Landreville. It was then, in 2020, that Johan Dyck, P.Surv, M.L.S. became the owner and president of Keystone Surveys MLS Inc. Although Keystone Surveys’ primary area of focus is to serve East of the Red River and South of PTH 15, projects have extended as far North as Churchill, as far West as the Saskatchewan border and East to the Ontario border. Our clients include the general public, contractors, developers, solicitors, Municipal and Provincial agencies including Crown Corporations.
